About me
I’m Oliver, a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist based in South London. I provide a warm, reflective, and collaborative space to explore the challenges, questions, and experiences that shape your life.
At its heart, my practice is simple: to meet you as a person, not a problem and to understand your story with care, helping you live with more authenticity, connection, and freedom.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just the day to day navigation of a complex life, our work can provide you warmth, reflection, and support.
My approach is rooted in the belief that we make sense of ourselves through our relationships with others, with the world, and with our own experience, and that therapy can be a space to understand and transform the patterns which may be holding us back.
I believe that healing begins when we feel truly recognised and understood. Sometimes this means exploring past experiences and relationships and other times it’s about staying close to what feels alive and immediate. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, genuine, and open to the complexity of being human, a place where both pain and possibility can be held with care. Together we will create a space to slow down and reflect on your life.
I work with a variety of clients many different issues but with special attention to difficult early family environments, lack of purpose and meaning, LGBT identity, thriving with neurodivergence, addiction of various types, and persistent anxiety. I work with a queer-inclusive and trans affirmative focus and have experience coaching and working one-to-one with neurodivergent individuals.
I first tried therapy earlier in my life when I had grown tired and frustrated with the challenges of navigating my relationships and needed a place to gather and share my thoughts, and more deeply explore elements of my past that were holding me back. I found therapy to be a valuable and safe place to explore my thoughts and feelings and to be understood in a non-judgmental and supportive way. I hope to provide this space to you in our work.

MA Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
Registered BACP Member #416046 (MBACP)
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
