About me
A warm welcome to you!!
I’m Mobeen Mahmud, an Integrative psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate complex challenges and uncover a deeper sense of fulfillment and connection. Having lived in the UK, and Dubai for 11 years, and working extensively with South Asian communities as well as individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I bring a rich multicultural perspective to my practice, enabling me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, depression, stress, low self-esteem, balancing work with personal life, ADHD and other complex mental health issues, as well as those grappling with identity struggles or navigating life transitions. I have a deep interest in relational work, offering Couple therapy to help partners rebuild trust, enhance communication, and foster emotional intimacy. I find human relationships endlessly fascinating and bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to exploring the dynamics that shape our connections.
I specialize in both individual and couples therapy, recognizing that relationships can be both a source of struggle and a powerful catalyst for growth. Whether you're facing communication issues, emotional disconnection, or trust challenges, I’m here to help you rebuild and strengthen your bond, creating a space where both partners feel heard, valued, and respected
My holistic approach integrates spiritual awareness, creative and unconscious processes, and evidence-based techniques, providing a safe space to explore deeper emotional patterns and the parts of yourself you might feel disconnected from. For individuals, this can mean breaking cycles of self-doubt, working through past hurts, uncovering strengths, and gaining clarity and control over your emotions. For couples, it’s about understanding your shared and individual needs, finding ways to align, and rediscovering the joy in your partnership.
Through long-term, in-depth therapy, we’ll work collaboratively to address the root causes of your challenges, empowering you to embrace change and create a more meaningful life. Flexible online sessions make therapy accessible wherever you are, and together we’ll uncover tools and insights. You’ll learn to manage your emotions, feel more in control of your life, and connect with your true self. You’ll be able to make choices that align with your values, let go of what no longer serves you, and create a life filled with purpose and meaning.
If you’re ready to take this step, I’m here to support you on your journey.
