About me

A warm Welcome to you!

I’m Mobeen Mahmud, an Integrative Psychotherapistsupporting Individuals and Couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity struggles, low self-esteem, ADHD, work–life stress, and relationship challenges. I also help those experiencing life transitions, guiding them to find clarity, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.

Having lived in the UK and Dubai for over a decade, and working extensively with South Asian communities as well as clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, I bring a multicultural perspective to my practice. I understand how culture, family expectations, and personal identity can shape emotional experiences and relationships. My approach is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.

I have a deep interest in relational work, supporting couples experiencing emotional disconnection, communication breakdown, betrayal, or trust issues. Relationships can be both challenging and profoundly transformative.

Therapy can help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster emotional intimacy. I work collaboratively to help partners rediscover joy and connection while also exploring their individual needs.

My approach is holistic and integrative. I combine evidence-based techniques with creative and unconscious processes, incorporating spiritual awareness where meaningful. Together, we explore the deeper emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost or unheard.

I offer long-term, in-depth therapy, aiming to address root causes rather than just manage symptoms. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Online sessions are available, offering flexibility wherever you are.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you on your journey toward emotional clarity, personal growth, and stronger, more fulfilling connections.
