About me
I am an experienced Counselling Psychologist, with additional Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. In my practice I prioritise putting clients and their individual needs in the forefront of therapy. I work collaboratively and flexibly within a safe and non-judgemental environment. I want you to feel heard and understood and find the best way we can work together.
I have experience of working within a variety of settings and client groups. I gained a broad experience working with addictions, trauma, anxiety, family issues, mood/affective and neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders. Additionally to working as a practitioner psychologist, I am also a qualified EMDR practitioner and offer EMDR sessions online.
Having experience in psychology and psychotherapy for over a decade, I understand how difficult it might be to open up and explore any issues interfering with your everyday life with a stranger. I therefore offer an initial free consultation where we can discuss what would best work for you and how we can make sure you gain as much as possible from therapy
