About me
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist working with adults (18+), offering relational, trauma-informed therapy for those who are ready to explore their story, understand what may be keeping them stuck, and move forward with greater clarity and choice.
My style is warm, empathic, and gently challenging. I aim to support you in developing and drawing on your own inner resources to manage the difficulties that have brought you to therapy, while also working collaboratively to explore underlying patterns or roles you may find yourself repeating, which may be getting in the way of a richer, more fulfilling life.
My Approach
Many of the ways we move through the world are shaped by early experiences, relationships, and the need to adapt in order to cope or belong. Over time, these patterns can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or stuck in ways that no longer serve us.
I offer a supportive and compassionate space to pause, reflect, and look inward with curiosity. Therapy can provide a window into yourself helping you understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening -creating greater freedom, choice, and authenticity in the present.
This work goes beyond conversation alone. I take a holistic approach, paying attention to your full experience thoughts, emotions, body responses, and the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy; what matters most is your willingness to show up, reflect, and explore.
I am trained in a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, which allows me to tailor my way of working to your individual needs. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based, humanistic, cognitive and neuroscientific approaches, as well as Gestalt and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and have completed specialist training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches. My training also includes working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and ASD, as well as with unhealthy or emotionally harmful relationship patterns including narcissistic and abusive dynamics.
I have supported adults from diverse and cross-cultural backgrounds and have a particular clinical interest in complex trauma, relational patterns, and neurodiversity. My experience also includes roles within the NHS and mental health charities, where I have worked with clients facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, addiction, and relationship difficulties.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world across both America and Europe in the finance and charity sectors and later spent time as a stay-at-home mother. These varied experiences have enriched my empathy, broadened my perspective, and deepened my understanding of the complex stories clients bring to therapy.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
