About me

Have you been struggling with intensive emotions? Have you found it difficult to relate to people? Have you noticed that you have a strong fear of being rejected? Have you noticed that you move between extremes -- either liking someone or hating them the next moment? Do you use unhelpful coping strategies such as self-harming, to manage your emotions? If the answer to any of these questions is "Yes" then mine is the correct Service for you.

There is a long queue for NHS treatment for clients with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and I am able to offer the same treatment as NHS offers, but I guarantee that you will be seen within 2 working days of contacting me (BPD Private treatment UK). I will arrange an assessment to understand better your difficulties and therapy needs(private DBT diagnosis UK). I practise DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy/DBT counselling) which is recognised throughout the world as being the most effective treatment for clients experiencing intensive emotions and engaging in problematic behaviours such as self-harming or attempting suicide. I can offer you individual DBT-based private treatment, or group therapy.

If you think that your partner or parents would like to know more about your struggle, and how best to help and support you, I can offer a private DBT Psycho-education session as a one-off, to help your partner or relatives to understand you better. I can also teach them skills that they can use when you are struggling with intensive emotions. I can guarantee that after 6 weeks you will notice a substantial change in how you manage life challenges on a daily basis, and how you manage your emotions effectively.

I have been running  private DBT groups UK for many years, for both the NHS and private hospitals (such as The Priory, North London).

I have seen hundreds of clients who have been diagnosed with BPD/EUPD, and the majority of them have achieved a "life worth living", took up employment, resumed studies and improved their intimate as well as friendly relationships. I assure you that this is possible.
