About me
You may be feeling lost, untethered, overwhelmed, anxious or unhappy. Perhaps you’re trying to make sense of your life, longing for change but unsure where to begin. Or maybe you’re struggling with self-esteem in a world that seems to seek perfection from us at every turn.
Therapy can offer you a unique space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, offering you the stillness to hear your own voice and follow your own heart. It can help you discover who you truly are and what you really want.
Together, we can find ways to address the challenges you are facing right now, and explore how past experiences may still be shaping your present, and how you might begin to free yourself from old patterns.
My role is to walk alongside you on your journey as you explore, question, and grow in understanding and self-acceptance, and forge a new path toward a more joyful and fulfilling life.
Who I work with
I am passionate about empowering women at all ages and stages of life and transition, and I have been doing this for the past 20 years.
In addition, I love supporting young adults to navigate the challenges of adulthood and finding their place in the world.
I also work with those who feel othered or different, providing a space where your experiences are seen, heard and respected.
About me
I am a qualified Humanistic Psychotherapist, and I work creatively using a variety of methods alongside talking therapy to best support you.
I have supported hundreds of women and young people for over 20 years, both one-to-one and in groups, as a Psychotherapist, Careers Counsellor, and Personal Development Teacher.
My European heritage enriches my work, particularly around issues of cultural identity, belonging, and difference.
I am a body positive therapist, and I am passionate about helping to create a world free of appearance discrimination and judgement, where all individuals feel comfortable and accepted in their own bodies. I can help clients with their body image and body confidence, working towards self-acceptance and respect for their whole beautiful selves.
I'm an inclusive therapist, respectful of all people regardless of their race, religion, belief, culture, sex, sexuality, age, disability, gender expression, gender identity, marital or maternal status, class, body size and body shape.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I am passionate about helping women and young people find body acceptance and body confidence, supporting them to heal their body image issues, and moving them towards a healthier relationship with their body and with food.
I feel strongly about helping young people and women discover their true nature; who they truly are and what they truly want, away from societal and familial expectations.
I love helping individuals reconnect to the natural world, both as a way of calming our nervous systems in this hyper-connected world and as a way to connect to our inner nature and guidance.

I offer a free 15-20 minute introductory call where we can connect with each other, you can tell me what's bringing you to therapy, and I can answer any questions you may have.
My sessions are 50 minutes long and can be in person in Richmond or Wimbledon, or online.
I also offer Ecotherapy in the form of walk and talk sessions in Kew Gardens, South West London. I believe being in the presence of nature can bring us into greater presence with ourselves.
