About me

My name is Kossi and I am a person centred counsellor registered with the BACP.Do you feel stuck in your life or things are not going in the direction you would like? Or are you feeling depressed or anxious about your life?

Are you struggling to enjoy life after losing a loved one?Are you finding it hard to make friends and sustain that relationship? Or do you just need a space to explore the emotional turmoil you are going through either with yourself or with a partner, why not give me a call to see how together we can explore how you must positively move forward.

Talking to a therapist who is a stranger can be daunting for people and even more difficult for people from the BAME community to seek help when they need it. In this sense, I know how important it is to find the right therapist to make you feel comfortable to open up about where you are struggling in your life. To achieve your goal, I will provide you with a safe and confidential space offering you an empathic and non-judgemental environment that will allow you to explore feelings and emotions that are preventing you from understanding the challenges you are dealing with.

I have experience working with a wide range of client needs, so, I will work with you in a way that will give you the confidence for positive change, and I am sure that with your commitment and trust in the process, the change you want in your life will happen.

So, why not contact me for an informal chat to see how you feel about working with me.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
