About me

A safe space to explore, heal, and grow: I offer relational therapy for adults individually, in relationships, or groups, in person and online.

How I work: I believe our emotional struggles are deeply shaped by our relationships and life experiences. Together, we'll explore these at your pace, in a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect where you won't be judged, fixed, or analysed.

Through a relationship built on acceptance and empathy, new possibilities can emerge. The therapy room becomes a place to be yourself, take risks, be vulnerable, and experiment with new ways of relating.

All of you is welcome: I work with people across differing backgrounds, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, neurodiversity, and socioeconomic experience in a culturally responsive and identity-affirming way.

Getting started: Beginning can feel daunting. If this resonates with you, let's have a conversation no pressure, just a chance to see if we might work well together.

Further information

Before becoming a therapist, I worked with international visual artists and organisations across countries and cultures. That work shapes how I approach therapy: staying curious, making space for different perspectives, and sitting with complexity.

I have experience of neurodiversity and identify as queer (she/her/hers) and have lived and worked internationally. These experiences have given me intersectional insight into questions of identity, belonging, and what it's like to move between different worlds. I work alongside clients exploring cultural, sexual, gender, racial, or neurodivergent identity.

Areas of specialist experience and training:

  • Bereavement and loss, especially within LGBTQIA+ communities
  • Neurodivergence
  • Complex mental health challenges
  • Autoimmune conditions

I draw from different therapeutic approaches, Transactional Analysis, Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, Gestalt, Jungian, and trauma-informed bodywork but what matters most is our relationship. I work with your unique story, not a fixed method.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities. If you'd like to talk about what you need from therapy, I'm happy to explore together how we might work.

Therapy should be a place where every part of you belongs.
