About me

I am an integrative and existential psychotherapist, therefore bringing analytical clarity and logical thinking together with a compassionate, relational and collaborative approach. I work with people who feel stuck, anxious, burnt out or disconnected to find clarity, purpose and meaning again. If you’re no longer getting fulfilment from work or relationships, feeling flat, irritable, anxious, or depressed, I offer a non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and psychosis.

Many of my clients arrive in therapy no longer finding the pleasure they once felt in their work, relationships or daily lives. They often describe feeling anxious, depressed, flat, irritable and unsettled, or as though something indefinable has shifted beneath the surface.

My work centres on helping clients understand the path that has led them to this moment and reconnect to purpose and meaning. Helping people who have reached a crossroads, feeling burnt out, disconnected, or uncertain about the next step. In our sessions, we explore the deeper patterns, early experiences and internal conflicts that shape how you think, feel and relate to others. Together, we make sense of what’s happening now and develop a clearer, more authentic path forward and better navigate the stresses life brings.

My approach is grounded in extensive psychotherapeutic training and lived experience. I have extensive experience working with senior leaders across finance, politics and technology, affording me a unique understanding of the particular strains and impacts that demanding roles have and how people find themselves burnt out or unfulfilled despite “doing everything right.”

Wherever you are in your journey, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect and reconnect. My aim is to help you understand what brought you here, reclaim what matters to you, and move towards a life that feels aligned, purposeful and grounded. I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space where the big questions can be asked safely, Who am I now? What truly matters to me? What needs to change?

Training, qualifications & experience

I work integratively, drawing on both traditional psychodynamic models and existential psychotherapy. This means I bring analytical clarity and logical thinking together with a warm, relational and collaborative approach. While I offer you a reflective space to process what’s going on, I can also be active and dynamic when it’s helpful, adapting my way of working to what you need.

I have clinical experience supporting clients with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and psychosis. I also have experience working with domestic violence, sexual trauma and assault.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring a depth of understanding from working in high-pressure professional environments. I’m familiar with the particular difficulties these roles can create including: burnout, emotional strain, relationship tension, and the feeling of becoming disconnected or unfulfilled despite outward success.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore these experiences, understand the patterns that brought you here, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful way forward.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
