About me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I offer a safe, held and supportive space which is yours to process and explore the difficulties that life brings.
The nature of modern life can often be overwhelming. Many people feel anxious or depressed, feel lost in the world, or experience relationship struggles. I believe the therapeutic relationship can provide opportunities for healing and growth. My practice aims to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and challenge those which no longer serve you.
I can help you develop a deeper awareness of yourself, allowing you to take more control, increase your mental and emotional resilience, build your self-esteem, and improve your general wellbeing. Together, we work at your pace and towards your goals to achieve the life changes you desire. I believe counselling is a valuable investment which is empowering, freeing and can be life changing.
I am a COSCA registered counsellor. I have experience working with anxiety, mild-to-moderate depression, low mood, low self-esteem, loneliness, social anxiety, stress and personal growth.
