Have you imagined waking up one day and feeling so good? I'm Jen, a Mom of Three and as a Counsellor i can help you to be free of Anxiety and those obsessions or unwanted thoughts that are weighing you down so that you can enjoy life to the fullest all for your own health and wellbeing.
A little about me
I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family, cats and dog. I am very outdoorsy and am lucky enough to have lots of walks right outside my gate.
I am trained pleuralisically which means to be Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Behaviourally/CBT.
I have lots of experience with teens and young adults and have been told i am a teens 'bezzie!' Anyone is welcome In my homely setting from age 12 to 112!

- level 4 Diploma in Counselling skills and theory
- level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
- Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist
- Reiki Master Teacher
Experience
- 100 Hours placement at Be U Notts support for young people
- Hours of clinical Hypnotherapy and Counselling work in my setting with all age groups especially young people.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
