About me
My name is James Smith, I am 30 years old and located in North London.
To all prospective clients I provide a free, 20 minute online consultation prior to undertaking any paid counselling sessions to see if I am the counsellor for you. All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft teams meaning I can be available to fit in with your day with no travel requirements.

Level 5 NCPS registered intergrative counsellor. I completed a two year training course and have 150 hours of experience.
I am a trauma informed counsellor that specialises in grief, loss, anxiety, depression and relationships.
