My name is James Smith, I am 30 years old and located in North London.

Level 5 NCPS registered intergrative counsellor. I have completed a two year NCPS accredited training course and have over 250 hours of experience. 

I am a trauma informed counsellor that specialises in grief, loss, anxiety, depression and relationships. I work mainly with younger men between 18 and 40.
