About me
Hi, I'm Hannah Gardner MBA, BA, prof dip couns, cert hyp.
I am a counsellor in Eastbourne, East Sussex and I also work online.
I set up Kestrel Counselling in Eastbourne because I felt that counselling could be done better. I heard many stories from people who spent months or years in counselling and still felt stuck. They felt they understood their issues better, but were still repeating the same patterns. They came to me because they knew I could give them that same level of understanding, and also the tools needed to make the changes they wanted.
It is my personal mission to give each client the most effective therapy that they can get.
