About me
I am a HCPC and BPS registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with various NHS and third sector mental health services. I have a private practice in North London, where I primarily offer brief and longer-term individual therapy for both adults and young people.
As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained in multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches and assessment methods. I primarily draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and can work flexibly according to suit each individual's needs.
In my NHS work, I currently specialise in offering psychological therapy to adults, as well as adolescents and young people. I have previous experience working in therapy services for depression, anxiety, and other mental health difficulties, as well as in CAMHS services for children and families.
You can contact me via my page here or through email, and I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with my availability. We can then find a time to meet for an initial consultation, where we can discuss further what has led you to seek psychological support, and think together about whether the type of help I offer is right for you at this time. If we decide not to continue to meet, I will try to help direct you towards someone else who can help. Sometimes we may find it helpful to meet twice before deciding whether to continue.
Sessions for consultation or therapy last 50 minutes, and my fee for an initial meeting is £100.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
