About me

Ella is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with over 10 years experience of working therapeutically to help clients to improve their psychological well-being. She believes in using evidence-based theory and practice to overcome psychological distress and invites you to become curious about yourself.

Using approaches which help you to make sense of unhelpful ways of interpreting and responding to day-to-day experience and working towards meaningful change, Ella will help you to increase your awareness of your values, beliefs and goals and support you to improve your relationship with yourself and others.

With a realistic understanding of London-life and the pressures that it can bring, Ella offers a creative, compassionate and pro-active approach to therapy which values openness, self-reflection and the desire to change.
