About me

Does this sound familiar? On the outside you seem to have it all together but on the inside you feel like you are falling apart. You are constantly striving to feel confident and secure within yourself but instead you: continuously battle with self-criticism, struggle to make decisions without the approval of others, feel burnt out from people pleasing and always putting the needs of others first. You find that you need validation from others in order to feel good about yourself but often feel inadequate, like a failure and misunderstood. Even when surrounded by others you feel alone.

I’m a dedicated CBT therapist who specialises in overcoming low self-esteem; my approach is rooted in warmth, compassion and understanding and I use the transformative techniques of cognitive behavioural therapy to address and reframe self-limiting beliefs, enhance self awareness and pave the way for lasting positive change.

I've been in your shoes and understand the impact low self-esteem can have on your life. I’ve learned to how to feel comfortable in my own skin and I want to help you do the same. Together we will get to the root cause of the problem, overcome those self-limiting beliefs and build a brighter, more confident you.

If you're ready to make yourself a priority and live the life you deserve, book an intro call and let's get started today!
