About me

Do you find yourself striving to feel confident but never quite feeling good enough? You might look like you’ve got it all together on the outside, but inside you feel like you’re falling apart. You’re exhausted from people-pleasing, always seeking approval, and battling that inner critic that tells you you’re not enough.

If you’re tired of second-guessing yourself and feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt andlow self-worth, I can help. I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist specialising in low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and self-criticism. I offer online therapy for adults across the UK, supporting clients who are ready to stop putting themselves last and start building real, lasting confidence.

I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist specialising in low self-esteem, self-criticism, and people-pleasing. I offer online therapy for adults across the UK. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — we’ll work together to understand what’s driving these patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and help you build a more stable sense of confidence and self-trust.

I know how convincing that self-critical voice can be, and how hard it is to shift on your own. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck and help you feel more comfortable, confident, and secure in yourself.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, you’re welcome to book a free intro call.
