About me
My practice is underpinned by a passion for creativity and my experience in performing arts. I have often found that; when things feel like they are falling apart, they might actually be falling into place, but it still feels like falling. I believe that sharing your emotional pain by seeking support is empowering. That feeling understood will free you to feel like you have some healthy control back in your life.
I nurture an embodied experience - the idea that you are stepping into yourself and tapping into your inner resources. My work is fundamentally shame reducing, I aim to cultivate self-compassion. I don’t believe we can shame ourselves into change.
As a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, I encourage practicing letting go of what is out of our control and fostering courage to put in action for what is. Self-care is taking responsibility for what is ours.
I tailors my approach to you and your needs; this allows me to work as a balanced, friendly, and professional therapist. I work with a very diverse client group from both private practice, ongoing charity work within Addiction and Codependency recovery and support well-being within the entertainment industry.
