About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or struggling to navigate relationships, identity, neurodiversity, or past experiences and I would like to be warm and supportive in helping you overcome challenges and reach you goals.
I work with adults, teens, couples, and people from all backgrounds. Many clients experiencing ADHD, ASD, OCD, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship or personality-related difficulties choose to work with me because of my professional training and extensive experience supporting these areas.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you as an individual or couple, drawing from CBT, EMDR, ERP, DBT, Gottman Method, relational and talking therapies. I understand reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I aim to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space.
Beginning of changing therapy can sometimes feel daunting, and finding the right therapeutic fit is important. If you would like to explore whether working together feels right for you, you are very welcome to arrange a free introductory call.
Training, qualifications & experience
My Journey, Training & Therapeutic Approach
I’m a qualified Integrative Therapist and Psychotherapist trained through Stamford, and a qualified Clinical Supervisor for Therapists through The University of Manchester.
Alongside over 15 years of experience working therapeutically with complex emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties, I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed postgraduate study in Developmental Psychology. I later trained as a Trainee Educational Psychologist while working towards doctoral-level Educational Psychology training before qualifying fully as a therapist and supervisor.
Alongside academic and professional training, I believe meaningful therapeutic work also comes from empathy, human connection, and understanding lived experience.
For over 15 years, I have worked across healthcare, therapy, and psychological research, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, self-esteem difficulties, ADHD, ASD, LGBTQ+ concerns, personality-related difficulties, and more.
I work with teens, adults, individuals, and couples, and aim to offer a warm, collaborative, non-judgemental, and tailored therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported.
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches depending on each client’s needs and goals, including CBT, EMDR, ERP, DBT, Gottman Method, attachment-informed work, trauma-focused approaches, relational therapy, and talking therapy.
I understand that beginning of changing therapy is about finding the right therapeutic fit is important. If you would like to explore working together, you are very welcome to arrange a free introductory call.
