Training, qualifications & experience

My Journey/Training in Psychology & Healing

From the very beginning, I’ve been fascinated by the mind, emotions, and human connection.

My path has taken me through deep academic study, hands-on therapeutic practice, and years of working with individuals navigating life’s toughest challenges.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, with specialist training in ASD followed by my studies in my MSc in Developmental Psychology & my work in my Doctorate in Educational Psychology (DEdCPsy) as Trainee Educational Psychologist for three years, has deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, trauma, and early intervention.

But true wisdom doesn’t just come from books—it comes from real human experiences.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in healthcare, therapy, and psychological research, supporting neurodivergent clients with: ADHD, ASD, OCD, BPD, complex trauma, Anxiety & Depression.

Healing is an Art & a Science

As the Lead Therapist for a neurodiversity focussed charity, I matched clients---with the right therapist, therapeutic approaches & path forward.

I believe healing begins with trust, and finding the right therapist is the first step.

My academic foundation grounds my practice in science, but experience has taught me that transformation is deeply personal.

That’s why I’ve trained as a fully qualified Therapist in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

- CBT, EMDR, EFT, Advanced ADHD & OCD Therapy-

-Complex PTSD, Anxiety, Depression

-Relationship Psychology, Couples & Family, Communication & Boundaries,

- Addiction Therapy, Domestic Violence & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

- Advanced Shadow Work, Psychodynamic Theory & Transformational Life Coaching

I’ve also led research on group dynamics, conflict resolution, and human behavior, at the Anthro Dept @ University of Oxford, which continues to shape my approach to individual & relational healing.

Commitment to Lifelong Growth

Healing isn’t about finding all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions.

That’s why I continuously learn, train, and mentor others, evolving my expertise so I can offer the most effective and compassionate care.

If you’re ready to break free from old patterns, build unshakable confidence, and step into **the life you’re meant to live**—let’s start this journey together...
