Supervision details
I am a qualified Integrative Clinical Supervisor and practising Integrative Therapist with experience supporting therapists working with a wide range of client presentations, relational dynamics, and therapeutic approaches.
Remaining actively engaged in clinical practice allows me to offer supervision that is current, reflective, grounded in day-to-day therapeutic work, and responsive to the challenges therapists may experience within practice.
My clinical work includes ADHD, ASD, OCD, trauma, cPTSD, emotional regulation difficulties, personality-related difficulties, attachment and relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ clients, teens, adults, couples, and complex presentations.
I work integratively and draw from approaches including CBT, EMDR, DBT, ERP, Gottman Method, psychodynamic, relational, person-centred, trauma-informed, and talking therapies depending on the needs of the client and supervisee.
I aim to provide a supervision space that feels supportive, collaborative, reflective, and professionally containing — somewhere supervisees can openly think about client work, ethical considerations, therapeutic relationships, confidence, boundaries, burnout, and professional development without fear of judgement.
I work with both trainee counsellors and qualified therapists, and can also support theory integration, assignments, reflective practice, formulation, and developing confidence within therapeutic work.
My approach balances support, encouragement, challenge, and clinical accountability, while adapting supervision to the individual needs, goals, and experience level of each supervisee.
Sessions are available remotely via secure video call.
