About me

Hi, I’m Charlotte - an Integrative Psychotherapist, trained to Masters level, based in a village between York, Selby & Goole. I offer both in-person and online sessions, so support is accessible wherever you are.

I’m passionate about working with couples, families, individuals and young people (11+). Together, we can co-create more fulfilling relationships, build resilience in difficult times, and find a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My aim is to help you develop fresh perspectives, insights and self-awareness, supporting your journey of both personal and relational discovery.

I offer not only an empathic, non-judgemental and unconditionally positive space, but also a culturally aware, trauma-informed, sexuality and gender diversity–affirming practice. My approach focuses on connection, empowerment and understanding the wider social influences that shape our lives.

There is no “right” or “wrong” reason to come to therapy. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, separation, burnout, trauma, arguments, infidelity, jealousy, loss, or simply feeling stuck or unfulfilled - no problem is too big or too small to bring.

🌈 LGBTQIA+ ally offering affirming therapy in a safe, inclusive space to explore and celebrate all identities, relationships and lived experiences.

🦸🏻‍♀️Neurodiversity-affirming practice supporting ADHD, Autism, AuDHD & the unique strengths and challenges that come with neurodiversity.

As an Integrative therapist, I draw from a wide range of approaches, tailoring therapy to meet you exactly where you are. I love working creatively, so your therapeutic journey is as unique as you are.

I work from my own purpose-built premises designed to be tranquil, private and comfortable. I believe beautiful surroundings help foster a sense of safety and growth.

So, if you’re looking for a place to pause, reflect and process life over a hot (or cold!) drink, please do get in touch. The first step can be the hardest, but it’s one you won’t regret - it would be an honour to meet you.
