About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with nearly 2 decades experience working with vulnerable children and adults from all walks of life in many different roles.

I have recently created a safe and welcoming space so I can do what I love most. Support people to recover from trauma, improve their self esteem, improve their mood and create deep and meaningful changes that last.

I have supported people who have experienced anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, bereavement, phobias, rape, domestic abuse, OCD, PTSD, stress/burnout, agoraphobia, low self esteem and panic attacks. So many people have said to me that it is hopeless that things will never get better, but I really can confidently say that there is light at the end of the tunnel and things can change. I have seen it many times before.

I love seeing people face to face, but I can offer online sessions as well if that is preferable. My space is based in Knightswood with good public transport access and on street parking. I also offer home visits if that is something that would work well for you.

If you are interested and want to learn more I offer a free consultation over the phone so you can find out what it's all about. If you feel like you are struggling, please feel free to reach out either by phone or message. I am here to help.
