About us
Hello, we're The Bridge Foundation!
We're a non-profit who support and transform the mental health and wellbeing of our local community through expert psychotherapy.
Therapy for children and families
We specialise in supporting children and their families through challenging times and experiences – no matter how big, or how small.
Our highly experienced child and adolescent therapists use talking, play, and art, to help children understand their emotions, and transform their wellbeing.
Therapy for adults
Regardless of what you’re struggling with – overwhelming emotions, battling with trauma and difficult experiences, or something you can’t quite put your finger on – our psychotherapists are here to support you.
You're in safe hands
- Psychodynamic approach - Unlike some other forms of therapy, we look beneath the surface to understand what's causing emotional difficulties
- Specialist expertise - Our therapists are highly trained to support people experiencing a variety of difficulties and experiences, including complex trauma, difficult family dynamics, and navigating neurodivergence.
- Flexible support - From brief interventions to long-term therapy, we tailor our approach to your needs. No difficulty is too big or too small to bring to therapy.
- Evidence-based practice - Our approach is backed by decades of research and clinical experience.
