About me

I specialise in providing therapy, both individually and in group, for mental health issues concerning depression, generalised anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), social phobia, health anxiety, specific phobia, panic disorder, anger management.

During my experience, I have offered assessments and treatments to adults from diverse cultural backgrounds both in the UK and Europe. I find it extremely rewarding to see people that I have helped, overcome their difficulties and transform their lives for the better.
I am passionate about the work I do and offer practical tools that can empower those who seek change, recovery and healing.
I am warm, compassionate and respectful in my approach towards clients. My aim is to restore a state of wellbeing in those who come to me for help.
