If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or like you're struggling, as an Art Psychotherapist, I could help you.
By sharing what your current struggles are, we can work together to explore how childhood may be impacting you now in your current life. With this leading to difficulties as you try to parent your own children.
There's no need to be an artist as any level of creativity can be brought into the therapy room and worked with. The art becomes a tool and part of the process in figuring out what your difficulties are and what you might need to feel better.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
