About me

I have worked as a person-centred psychotherapist for twenty years (NCPS, Senior accredited). I work with individuals and couples.

I'm a therapist for clients who are in crisis or in particular areas of difficulty (please see the list below). I also work with clients who are happy or already successful, who simply want to enhance the quality of life even further. I provide the opportunity to examine your life, your relationships and your career, helping you to think about and develop your options and decide what steps to take next.

I offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, therapists and to other helping professionals

I specialise in online and telephone sessions.

To book
or discuss an initial session please telephone or email: Email.

I am a certified teacher of the Mindfulness In Schools Project (www.mindfulnessinschools.org) .b For Teens, .b Foundations and Pawsb curricula.

Additional information

Please call or e-mail in the first instance for a preliminary conversation about what you're looking for and what I offer.

I then suggest an exploratory session that I don't charge for and comes with no conditions or expectations. It's a chance for us to meet one another and see whether we get on and might work well together. It's an opportunity for you to tell me whatever you want to about your circumstances, and to ask me whatever you might need to know about me and about how I work.

After that, I charge £80 a session.

When I work

I am available from early morning to early evening, Monday to Friday and have some availability on Saturday mornings.
