Supervision details
I’m a person-centred, relational supervisor who refers to the 7-Eye Supervision Model as a framework. I offer supervision and consultancy to counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches, and others in any of the helping and complementary health professions. I also meet teachers and other school support professionals. Supervision with me is a working alliance, a collaborative agreement of mutuality, respect and understanding, the object of which is to enable you to gain in ethical competence, compassion, confidence and creativity, to enable you to foster effective and satisfying work for you and by default, your clients, whatever your field of expertise. This agreement will be discussed and largely accepted in (a) pre-supervision session(s) and once agreed, over time, I am open to changing anything if it is mutually beneficial to do so.
