About me
I have worked as a person-centred psychotherapist for twenty years (NCPS, Senior Accredited). I also offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, therapists, coaches and to other helping professionals.
I'm a therapist for clients who are in crisis or in particular areas of difficulty (please see the list below). I also work with clients who are happy or already successful, who simply want to enhance the quality of life even further. I provide the opportunity to examine your life, your relationships and your career, helping you to think about and develop your options and decide what steps to take next.
I specialise in online and telephone sessions and from January 2025 I will be resuming face-to-face sessions in Milford on Sea.
To book or discuss an initial session please telephone or email: Email.

I have a BA (Hons) and Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Supervision. I trained at Southampton City and Metanoia Institute London. I am a Senior Accredited Member of NCPS included in the UKRCP - United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I am a certified teacher of the Mindfulness In Schools Project (www.mindfulnessinschools.org) .b For Teens, .b Foundations and Pawsb curricula.

Additional information
Please call or e-mail in the first instance for a preliminary conversation about what you're looking for and what I offer.
I then suggest an exploratory session that I don't charge for and comes with no conditions or expectations. It's a chance for us to meet one another and see whether we get on and might work well together. It's an opportunity for you to tell me whatever you want to about your circumstances, and to ask me whatever you might need to know about me and about how I work.
After that, I charge £80 a session.
When I work
I am available from early morning to early evening, Monday to Friday and have some availability on Saturday mornings.
Further information
I specialise in online video-call and telephone sessions.
