About me

A medical diagnosis, a loss, a separation can deeply challenge you but it can also offer you a necessary push towards transformation. With someone you can trust in a peaceful environment, you can explore what you need to surrender in order to support the process of change and transformation that life brings for you amidst difficulties and conflict.

I am a licensed existential psychotherapist who also integrates dream analysis, meditation and work with the body in my sessions. For many years I am working with people with cancer as well as helping clients to cope with stress, anxiety, grief, loss and life crises. I specialize, and have experience, in psychotherapy for neurological disorders such as stroke, M.E., Parkinson's disease, Muscular Dystrophy.

Since 2013 I volunteer with Macmillan Counselling, I have also through the years held voluntary posts as volunteer counsellor at St Michael’s Hospice as well as Age Concern.

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Neuropsychology from Nottingham University and I also offer psychotherapy to neurological patients (sufferers of stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Brain Tumours etc). I have experience of psychotherapy offered in parallel with neurological rehabilitation.

I have a small private practice in Bexhill-on-Sea, YouNique Wellbeing Studios.
