About me
As an Integrative Counsellor, I specialise in Addiction therapy, domestic abuse, and childhood sexual abuse. I also regularly work with clients who have depression and anxiety. I'm Trauma informed and use various theories to meet each client's unique needs. You can choose between one-to-one therapy or group and couples therapy, which I offer in a secure and confidential setting.

As a therapist with experience in domestic abuse and addiction therapy, I have worked with a range of organisations and institutions to provide support and guidance to those in need. These include the Women's Refuge in Bury St Edmunds, the MTCIC in Bury St Edmunds, the Recovery Hub in Ipswich, and several Colleges and Universities in Cambridge, including Christs, Selwyn, and Darwin. Additionally, I have also collaborated with Survivors in Transition in Ipswich and Verve Health Rehab in Watton to provide comprehensive care and assistance to individuals struggling with trauma and addiction.

I offer a free initial 20 minute face to face, zoom or telephone consultation to discuss your therapeutic needs via an introductory telephone, zoom or face to face session.
I offer discounted rates for students and trainee counsellors.
