As an Integrative Counsellor, I specialise in Addiction therapy, domestic abuse, and childhood sexual abuse. I also regularly work with clients who have depression and anxiety. I'm Trauma informed and use various theories to meet each client's unique needs. You can choose between one-to-one therapy or group and couples therapy, which I offer in a secure and confidential setting.
