About us

I'm a HCPC and BAAT registered art psychotherapist, I work in psychodynamic and integrative approach. I provide both individual and group sessions, with adult and children. I worked in hospital and educational setting, NHS and schools. I have my own art studio practice in Vauxhall, I facilitate monthly art therapy group there.
Art making allows unconscious material to surface organically. Psychotherapy offers a confidential and non-judgmental space for one to be seen and heard, to gently shifting inner beliefs from a place of self-compassion and strength.

Psychotherapy is a relational process that take place within the containment of a confidential space that is the therapy room.
