About me
A warm welcome to you and thank you for taking your time to check my profile.
I am a fully trained integrative counsellor ready to provide you support. My experience is extensive, working with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. I am equipped to handle a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, addiction of all kinds, codependency, religious concerns, LGBTQ+ related issues, and helping individuals adjust to life changes. I understand that everyone's journey is unique, and I approach therapy with an integrative approach, tailoring my techniques to meet the specific needs of each client. Additionally, I offer walking therapy, allowing clients to engage in therapy while enjoying the outdoors.
Walking therapy is a unique approach that combines the benefits of physical activity and therapy. During our sessions, we will take leisurely walks in natural outdoor settings, allowing you to connect with nature and engage in physical movement while discussing any issues or concerns you may have. This innovative form of therapy not only promotes overall well-being but also provides a refreshing change from traditional office-based therapy. Walking therapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals who find it difficult to open up in a traditional therapy setting or who simply prefer to be outdoors. With my expertise and guidance, we can explore your thoughts and emotions while enjoying the calming and rejuvenating effects of nature.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, addiction, codependency, and LGBTQ+ related issues.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental environment for you, to express your feelings and thoughts. We will work together to set achievable goals which will enable you to move forward.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
