About me

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, creative and always catered to the individual's needs. I believe that integrating various approaches enables individuals to receive personalised support. This may look like; a talking based approach, a creative approach, a mindful approach, using the breath and body, using art materials and much more. Establishing Reintegrate as a private practise acknowledges that all individuals are unique and the approach to psychotherapy should reflect this.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified as a Dance Movement Psychotherapist in 2021 and have worked with all age ranges in a variety of settings over the last few years. Over this time, I have developed my approach, with a focus on integrative and creative approaches.

I cater my work to each individual I support, this may look like; a talking-based approach, a creative approach, a mindful approach, using the breath and body, using art materials and much more. Establishing Reintegrate as a private practice acknowledges that all individuals are unique and the approach to psychotherapy should reflect this individuality also.
