Yanni Spiro PG Dip (MBACP)
House Of Creative
225 Shoreditch High Street
I have always been a keen believer in investing in self development and for this reason I trained as an individual and couples' therapist. Through my own narrative and from my training, I understand the importance of our early formative years and I realize how significant relationships impact on our well-being and sense of self. Indeed, I believe our most important relationship is with ourselves and in this existential move back to the self, we take ownership of our lives; making us more creative in couple and other relationships.
I believe it is important to balance the here-and-now with the conversation with the past; paying attention to old material and repetitions which impact on our present. In this way I can consider the conscious and unconscious processes which are being manifested.
In my relationships with my clients I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where I aim to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and your relationships while developing a more creative way of relating which allows room for lasting change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained and worked at the Tavistock Relationships (previously known as Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships), a world renowned institute in the field of relationship therapy.
