I provide an integrative counselling service in the heart of Leeds. This means that I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches to give you a counselling experience which is tailored to your needs. I believe that counselling is not a 'one size fits all' treatment so I will take the time to listen to what it is that's troubling you and will adapt my style to suit you.
I provide a warm, non-judgemental environment to allow you the space and time to explore what's troubling you.
I have been working as a counsellor for over 6 years and have worked in a variety of organisations in and around Leeds.
I always recommend an initial assessment before starting your counselling sessions to ensure that you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. These last up to 50 minutes and cost £25. An initial assessment gives us both the chance to meet with each other and for me to get a really good understanding of what it is that you want to work on in your sessions. As the end of the assessment I will ask whether you would like to book in for a therapy session straightaway or whether you would like to have a think about it once you've gone home, there is no obligation to book in for a counselling session after your assessment. I am able to accept payments by card meaning that you don't need to worry about finding a cash machine before your session.
I am able to offer appointments Monday to Saturday at a variety of times. I can also provide therapy via telephone, online messenger or skype if you would prefer. If you would like to drop me an email or give me a call, I would be happy to let you know what days and times are currently available, I do my best to be flexible around your schedule.
The frequency of your sessions is entirely up to you - I recommend weekly sessions but I am aware that the cost of therapy can sometimes make it difficult to attend on a weekly basis so I am always happy to offer sessions on a basis that suits your budget.

The room in which I work is on the ground floor of the building and is fully accessible for disabled people.
