Veronica Assadi Adv Dip PC
InHarmony Therapy Inside The Head Gardener
63 Station Road
Hello and let me introduce myself. My name is Veronica and I enjoying working with people to be the best that they can be! I have worked with a wide range of ages in mental health, education and in support work and have a wealth of understanding of the personal challenges individuals face on a daily basis. Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, mixed up with no-one to talk to? We all have times in our lives where we struggle to cope with life’s challenges: Bereavement, Divorce, Redundancy, etc. We may feel out of control and experience Stress, Anxiety or Depression which puts blocks in our way and holds us back. Do you long for things to change but don’t know where to begin?
Therapy can help you take your first steps toward change and on a journey of self-discovery. It provides time and space to explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and reactions to situations. Through understanding yourself you can take control and make positive changes enabling you to move forward with your life.
I know from my own experience making the decision to see a counsellor can be daunting! Providing a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment I work with you to explore your difficulties and find out what your needs are. Together we can identify alternative ways of coping and dealing with these problems enabling you to take the steps that are right for you to be able to live the life you want to. As a therapist I work from a person centred therapeutic base, drawing on a range of theories and techniques and applying them to the therapeutic process depending upon your individual needs
Given the support and space to discover your strengths and resources you can overcome your difficulties.
Lets get started
Give me a call or drop me an email for that initial contact so that we can arrange your first session.
The initial session allows us to get to know each other and the difficulties you are facing and what you want to get out of counselling. If you feel I am the right person for you to work with then we can arrange a second session. Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly to be flexible around your lifestyle.
