Tracy Latham (MBACP)
I recognise that when we are struggling it can be difficult to reach out for help even though we may feel very alone. I am a qualified compassionate, collaborative and creative counsellor and offer a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to express and explore what is happening in your life. My experience is that this often helps people come to a deeper understanding of themselves, their feelings and their relationships and enables them to make more informed choices, as well as providing them with support. This can help people cope with difficulty and make positive change. As I trained integratively I am able to adapt my way of working to suit different individuals by drawing on a range of counselling models.
So please do get in contact by telephone or email if you would like to explore the possibility of working together. We can then arrange a time for an initial consultation which would last an hour. At the end of this we can decide whether further sessions with me are likely to be helpful for you at this time.
