I offer a safe and confidential space to explore what is troubling you, without being judged. I am experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues, having worked extensively in the NHS and in private practice. I work with adults offering short or long term work.
The work involves making sense of patterns from your past. During our work you can explore and understand these patterns, and in so doing bring relief to your symptoms and open up the possibility of lasting change.
I am passionate about improving the quality of life for others. As well as being a psychoanalytic therapist, I supervise training therapists and have been employed by companies to coach their executives.
I am an approved provider for various healthcare insurers.
