About me

I work from an integrative framework, which means that I will adapt my holistic approach to best suit your needs, and will include elements of Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic approaches.

At the heart of my therapeutic model is the belief that within a safe, non- judgemental and mutually collaborative environment, we can all begin to reconnect with our true selves

If you are suffering from emotional distress or mental health issues contact me.
