Hi, my name is Sabine.
The decision to reach out to a counsellor can be a difficult one, I know. The idea of meeting with a stranger to tell them about something painful you’re going through can, naturally, be disconcerting. But, in taking that first step, you are opening up the possibility of making the changes you would like to see in your life, and of discovering greater contentment and happiness. So, what is therapy really like?
I’m here to listen to you. I'm not here to judge you, to criticise you or to tell you what to do. What I can provide is a safe and supportive space for you to explore whatever you are dealing with.
I’m here for you to talk to. Through our conversation we will work to understand what you are going through, to untangle your feelings, and ease your distress.
I’m here to walk alongside you. Together we will face whatever is troubling you, and help you to take the steps towards a happier life.
If you would like to arrange to talk, please drop me a line at the above email address.
