About me

I offer an open and warm space to work together in helping you along the way to a happier and clearer future ahead.

I understand how different your issues are to others so I will approach your sessions in a personalised way to suit your needs and expectations.
I use an integrative therapeutic style so as to offer a multi-disciplinary, unique and tailored approach to therapy.

I have worked with an extensive variety of clients and specialise in issues relating to anxiety, depression and addiction.

I provide a safe, confidential space, whilst going at a pace that suits you. This secure, comfortable space allows us to build a therapeutic relationship in which we can shine a light on your emotions, conscious and unconscious thoughts.

Whether you would prefer short or long-term therapy or are unsure, we can draw up a personalised plan that would be best suited for you during your free initial telephone or Skype consultation.

Within sessions I will often give my view, draw parallels with past stories in order to see how you are living in your daily life, your decision-making and the actions that you take. Together we can build a framework to achieve positive development and to be able to take on whatever lays ahead.
