Hello and welcome,
my aim is to offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to explore any difficulties. Although I work mostly in a Person-centered way I also bring in different styles to suit and help the client.
I can offer both short-term and long-term counselling work.
I have received counselling myself in the past for anxiety, social anxiety & depression which I found helpful.
At present I am living in Spain therefor all my sessions are via Skype or telephone.
However if you have no where confidential to talk I have locations throughout the North-East including Wallsend, Four Lane Ends, Killingworth/West-moor, Palmersville, Whitley Bay, Forest Hall and Gateshead which I can hire for you.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, I abide by the BACP ethical framework. I hold a current enhanced disclosure with the Criminal Records Bureau.
Other things I went on to learn after graduating were; holistic health, nutrition, crystals, angels, spiritualism & the work of Dr Wayne Dyer (change your thoughts/change your world), Rev' Louise Hay (you can heal your life), and Susan Jeffers (feel the fear & do it anyway).
The best way to contact me is via email as I removed my number due to the amount of spam I was receiving.

Cancellations policy- cancellations with less then 24 hours notice may incur a £10 cancellation charge which is to cover the room hire/fees & would need paid before the next booking is made.
I have different locations throughout the North-East & I choose my venues because they are quiet and/or holistic.
