This flexible, affordable professional service will provide you with the opportunity to
off-load, gain clarity and feel energised to move forward!
Counselling
Has your life, relationship(s) or mood become stuck or out of your control?
Are you confused, drained or over-burdened?
Would you like to improve your confidence or self-esteem?
Want to make changes but not sure how?
Everybody is unique and how we cope with difficulties is individual to us and our circumstances. When we have tried, tried and tried again, it could be time to try something different....talking and being listened to, can really help!
freshfocus provides a non-judgemental, friendly space for both adults and young people and can help you relieve stress or work through unwanted feelings to step towards what you really want or need.
Family Support
Is your family in up-roar half the time?
Are you concerned about your child’s behaviour and not sure how to manage it?
Is the responsibility in your household shared fairly?
Who’s in charge?
It can be very difficult to discuss or address concerns with your children or other family members. Feelings of guilt, frustration and blame never seem too far away. Don’t be alone...
freshfocus offers an understanding service with advice, information, and supportive counselling to parents, grandparents, kin-carers or foster carers and young people.
This can be arranged on a one to one basis or as family mediation, or a mix of both.
Common issues include:
- Boundary setting
- Effective communication
- Adjusting to life stages
- Freedom and responsibilities
- Trust, reward and consequences
- Parenting together
Visit the freshfocus website at www.fresh-focus.co.uk or call today to find out how this service can best meet your needs.
