Hello - I am a qualified therapist with over 10 years experience working with adults and children within the NHS. I am currently training as a psychosexual (Sex) and relationship therapist with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. I am offering therapy at a reduced rate for couples and individuals who maybe experiencing difficulties with their relationship or sex lives.
I am a therapist who is committed to supporting your emotional wellbeing and development. I tailor our sessions to support your unique journey, providing a safe and supportive space to inspire growth, healing and transformation.
Psychosexual (Sex ) and Relationship Therapy .
I work with couples experiencing recent or long-term relationship difficulties who often find it very helpful to discuss their situation with a therapist, therapy can help uncover the roots of any discontentment's . Therapy helps couples move forward and not keep repeating the same cycle of destructive behaviour.
I welcome diversity in my practice, working with straight, gay or lesbian individuals and couples.
I offer Psychosexual Therapy for individuals or couples experiencing sexual difficulties.
I can offer short or longer term therapy according to your needs and we will discuss your preferences during your initial appointment.
I offer clinical supervision to therapists (including trainees), mental health professionals, nurses, health visitors amongst other professionals.
Clinical supervision can contribute to your growth, both personally and professionally. We recognize effective clinical supervision as being a reflective, empowering, educational and restorative process.
I provide high quality supervision to contribute to your growth both personally and professionally.
I can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision dependent on your profession and organization.
I also offer therapy for adults and children who may be experiencing difficulties in their lives.
You can contact me via email or telephone, the initial meeting will be to assess your concerns and issues affecting you. If you then feel comfortable to continue with the therapy another appointment will be made.
I offer a safe ,confidential space for individuals and couples to explore their relationship and the concerns that bring them to therapy.
I am committed to and value the process of therapeutic change and understand the importance of providing a safe space in which to explore and work on your issues. I feel that that engaging within therapy should help promote your journey to greater awareness of self and others. I believe everybody has the ability to change and flourish given the right conditions.
