Karen Quigley Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Hypnotherapist MNCS (Acc) MHS
Health & Wellbeing Falsgrave Clinic
65 Falsgrave Road
I provide counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy in an unique approach to treat a wide variety of issues, most commonly seen by therapists. As every person is unique and different, I offer treatments that are designed to meet each client's individual needs, in an effort to have the greatest chance of success.
My therapeutic approach is based on the Chrysalis T.I.M.E.© model of psychotherapeutic counselling. The acronym stands for: Temporal, Interventional, Multi-model and Empathetic.
TEMPORAL – examining the client's past, present and future to enable them to see all temporal aspects of their situation.
INTERVENTIONAL – providing practical advice, skills, and techniques that will lead to solutions, change and healing.
MULTI-MODEL – utilising different psychotherapy models at different stages of the client's treatment.
EMPATHETIC – understanding the client's point of view and allowing them to have the central voice of the therapeutic process.
I work with a wide variety of issues, including, but not limited to:
Stress & Anxiety Quit Smoking
Relationships & Sexual Issues Weight Loss
Self-defeating Behaviours Public Speaking
Bereavement & Loss Confidence for Exams/Driving Test
