Julia is a UKCP registered humanistic and integrative psychotherapist and is a registered member of the BACP.
She has been in private practice for eighteen years and has worked as a GP practice counsellor for a decade. As well as her private practice she was also a Bereavement, Loss and Trauma Counsellor for the NHS for nine years.
Julia works with adults, individually as well as having twelve years experience of working with couples.
Areas of interest include:
Relationship issues, Bereavement & Loss, Self Esteem, Anger management, Anxiety, Adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, Sexuality, Stress and Self Development. This list is not exhaustive!
Julia works using a variety of techniques, models and her own life experience.

Continued Professional Development:
I am a member of three on going professional groups; A post-graduate continuation group, an on going - Formative Psychology – professional dream group, and a working with couples group. As well as attending further training on other subjects that interest me, including the growing understanding of neuroscience.
