I can offer a safe and confidential space in which you can explore how you are feeling. Thoughts can trigger powerful emotions which can leave us feeling powerless and isolated, and perhaps no longer trusting in ourselves and our abilities.
I have worked as a counsellor for more than 9 years and have been in private practice since 2010. I can help you to overcome challenging and difficult issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety, panic disorder, low self-esteem and relationship issues.
I use a Person-Centred approach, but have also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Gestalt, therefore, the counselling that we embark upon will be tailored to your needs and we will review this together.
I very much look forward to meeting you.
