I am a bilingual welsh and English counsellor, I am a qualified Integrative counsellor with many years  experience working with adults, young people and children.  I can see you in your own home, or at my own counselling room where I provide a confidential. supportive and safe professional environment.

I specialize in bereavement, while also working and supporting clients through a wide range of emotional issues such as anxiety, abuse, bereavement & loss, depression, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexuality, panic attacks, physical abuse, child related issues, trauma, unresolved issues, termination/abortion/miscarriage.

Having counselling is not easy, it can bring up emotions and feelings that you may have locked inside yourself for many years, if you are ready to take the first step in just meeting me, I can help you find coping strategies through talking and the use of creative counselling techniques that are suitable for working with children, young people and adults.
