Working out of both central Nottingham, and Sandiacre, I work to help you explore and find a way through your issues in a non-judgemental and warm environment. My way of working will help to support you through both times of joy and those places which are more painful. I am deeply empathic and committed to safe and ethical practice.
I am experienced in a wide range of pastoral settings as well as more structured counselling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, childhood sexual abuse or violence, abandonment and loss, low self-esteem as well as a variety of other issues.
I always work with the best interest of my clients at heart and can guarantee a caring, safe, confidential and respectful environment for you to explore as much or as little as you choose.
I work in Central Nottingham (NG1) and Sandiacre (NG10),just of the M1, Jct 25.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
- I am a fully qualified counsellor to a very high standard, and also a counselling trainer. My qualifications are recognised by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB)
- I am engaged with on-going training and professional development.
- I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
